Design for an Israeli architectural firm
28+ high-rise and multi-story projects in partnership with the Israeli firm Tito Oman Architects (Tito-Oman).
- We produce BIM models in Revit, and work from DWG when needed
- We develop and issue documentation for obtaining municipal permits
- We develop and issue working drawings and working documentation
- We prepare specifications for metal and structural elements
- We develop and issue room schedules and area breakdowns
- Tasks are set and controlled by chief project architects
- We produce precise documentation in accordance with the requirements of Tito Oman Architects, Israeli municipal authorities and construction companies
- Team composition - 10 architects each with more than 7 years of experience, a Chief Project Architect, and a Project Manager
Tito Oman Architects is a leading architecture and urban planning firm based in Bnei Brak (Israel). Founded more than 40 years ago and led by architects Sami Tito and Yoav Oman, the company specializes in mixed-use complexes, high-rise residential buildings, hotels, and large-scale urban planning in Israel, Europe and the USA.
We work as a ready-made freelance unit, operating to the Client's standards.
